This project is located at 112 New Brunswick Ave, Woodbridge, NJ on a 1.89-acre parcel and features a Class A 96,600 leasable sq. ft. self-storage facility. Poverni Sheikh Group will develop the parcel into self-storage and build approximately 3,700 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail. The development project is located immediately off Exit 11 of the New Jersey Garden State Parkway, on New Brunswick Ave in Woodbridge, NJ in a well-developed and densely populated area with a number of national credit retail tenants within an approximate half mile of the project.
The project will be professionally managed by: CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE, $4.2b market capitalization). With a competitive total project cost, strong project location, and robust self-storage rental rates, we are expecting the project to be a superb Class A self-storage asset. The project broke ground in 2020 with an estimated completion date of spring of 2021.
